Bryan Keeton was in contact with me throughout the process either by phone or sending me pictures from start to finish. I was especially impressed with how Bryan worked with my insurance company to see that my roof and gutters were of the quality I had before. They came when they said, covered my pool and grounds did an excellent job and cleaned up so you never knew they were there. We have a clay tile roof and the prior 3 painters refused to even quote the job. I think they were set up for high volume and were afraid of working on the tile. Anyway I'm glad they declined as James Kate immediately said the roof was not problem for them. Very prompt in providing an onsite visit, asking me what I wanted in detail. The quote was itemized and they completed all work and then some. I can tell they are proud of the work they do and their crew was fantastic. Sandra and Joseph prepared the quote and when it came time for color selections Shannon brought her design expertise and after seeing options we all agreed on a new stucco color. Slightly darker and it looks great next to the stone and Chicago brick areas of the house. I am an architect but having Shannon's designer eye really helped. Work started as initially scheduled at the time of the quote. The crew was great and cleaned up each day after non-stop activity. No breaks until the job was finished. I mean these guys work hard. Thanks guys..! 4 full days and a day of cleaning up Joseph's small punch list. My wife and I completely endorse this company. Not sure on the extent of the damage and my concern to have it checked out quickly, I went to James Kate's contact us page and filled in my info and message around 10pm. Within minutes!!!, Dustin Eatman replied back and we set up a time to come out the next morning. Early the next morning, he observed the damage, spoke with my wife while he was there, and also gave me a call to discuss what needed to be done. The following morning, he came out and fixed it. His work and customer service are excellent. He was extremely nice and professional. As far as I know, you can't be more competitive with quality of service and price. I will also mention that I put messages out to several other local roofers via their contact us pages (since we live in a web based world) and Dustin was the only one to ever reply back, and to think about how quickly he responded was amazing. I own a small business and I understand the importance of quality work and genuine customer service and I have to say I was MORE THAN IMPRESSED.
