We have an uncapped compensation plan resulting in an average annual income of $80,000 to $140,000, with opportunities to make 2-3 X this amount.

What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from all types of homeowners and business owners.
- Responsible for generating leads by going door to door offering our services
- Run face to face educational presentations with homeowners/businesses
- Become an expert in roofing and solar, and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs.
- Asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections to close deals.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals – strong work ethic and tenacity are key.
